A NOTE FROM THE FOUNDERS
In 2012, we cofounded the Procedural Fairness for Courts and Judges website. Unfortunately, that website is now down (and the former domain address has been taken over by spammers). We are committed to maintaining an authoritative website on procedural justice (also called procedural fairness) for judges, court personnel, academics, and the public. For now, you’ll find a few key resources on this page. You can expect a new retooled website early in 2026.
